With more than 50 years of establishment, Xi Di Seafood is a staple name in Mei Ling Market & food Centre located in Singapore since 1969. Our store carries more than 20 types of fishes sourced from oceans all over the world. Selected specifically from trusted suppliers over at Jurong Fish port, our seafood is sure to be high in protein, minerals and free from Genetically Modified Organism (GMO).
Xi Di Seafood serves to address a certain crowd locally, those of whom looking for the highest quality and freshest seafood at an affordable and reasonable pricing. An option to those willing to indulge in nature’s best form of protein, rich in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D and selenium. With a clear direction to provide consistent products to our customers, we source almost exclusively for wild caught fishes.

ABOUT Xi Di Seafood
In the 1960s, store owner Tan Ah Song began his pioneering steps into the wet market scene by first starting out as a greengrocer (vegetable seller). It was there that he understood the profession and found his calling as a fishmonger.
In 1969, he started his small humble stall, training himself in the important skillsets of selecting and purchasing, handling, gutting, boning and more notably today, filleting. With a specialty in selling thread fin a.k.a 午鱼 or Ngor Her, he sees this as a popular option amongst adults to young children. Threadfin, rich in nutrients for adults as well as posing essential nutrients for the brain development of children.
Amongst all his fish picks, Ah Song maintains the same singular notion, in his words “My fish can be kept for extended periods of time, no problem.”
